# ELITE — WhatsApp AI assistant for real estate

- Offers the agency's site-visit slots and books one, with a WhatsApp alert

## What ELITE will not do

- Ignore a small budget, or answer it rudely
- Promise a loan, a discount or an approval
- Make up a project, price or possession date it has not been given

When ELITE does not know, it says so and passes the chat to a person.

## How it works

1. **Connect.** We connect the agency's WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official Cloud API, and Instagram if its ads run there.
2. **Configure.** We load ELITE with the agency's projects, price ranges, areas, brochures and site-visit timings. The agency tests it on a private chat first.
3. **Activate.** ELITE answers every enquiry. The agency gets alerts for site visits and hand-overs, and a monthly view of what it handled.

## Frequently asked questions

**What does ELITE ask a buyer?**
What the agency would ask: what they are looking for, budget, preferred area and
when they plan to buy, one question at a time, in their language. The questions
are set with the agency during setup.

**What if a buyer asks about loans or a discount?**
ELITE never promises a loan, a discount or an approval. It says so and hands the
conversation to the agency, with an alert.

**What if ELITE gives a buyer wrong project details?**
ELITE answers from the project details set up with the agency — prices, areas,
availability and site-visit timings. When something changes, the agency tells HEONIX
on WhatsApp and it is updated; keeping it correct is part of the monthly fee. If a
buyer asks something it has not been told, it says so, offers a person and alerts
the agency, instead of guessing.

**Does ELITE message buyers again later, on its own?**
Not yet. ELITE answers every enquiry the moment it arrives, qualifies it and books
the site visit. The agency is alerted for every site visit and hand-over, and its
team takes it from there with the whole conversation in front of them.

**Who owns the leads?**
The agency does. Conversations are stored encrypted and kept apart from other clients' data,
never sold and never used for another client. On request, HEONIX says what is held,
corrects it, or deletes it.

**Why is ELITE marked early access?**
HELIO was built and tested first. ELITE runs on the same engine and is being set
up with a small number of agencies personally. Price and refund terms are the same.

**Where does my customer data go?**
Into the HEONIX database, encrypted and kept apart from every other client's data, never sold and never used for

**Which languages does it speak?**
Tamil, English, Thanglish and Hindi, matching the language the buyer writes in.

**WhatsApp now has its own AI. Why pay for HEONIX?**
WhatsApp's Business AI is a general assistant that you switch on and keep correct
yourself, and for simple questions it is worth trying. HEONIX is built and run for
clinics and property businesses: set up from real timings, fees and projects,
booking into real free slots (the database refuses a double booking), and alerts
when a person is needed. For clinics, common emergency words are checked in code
before the AI replies and treatment-safety answers are blocked.

**Will my WhatsApp number get banned?**
We build only on Meta's official Cloud API with opt-in messaging and approved
templates. Nobody can promise a number is never restricted.
