## When we reply

- **Sales and demo requests** — same working day, usually within a few hours.
- **Existing client support** — same working day. Anything that has taken a live
  assistant offline is handled first.
- **Data and privacy requests** — acknowledged within 72 hours, actioned within 30
  days.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, roughly 9 AM to 9 PM India Standard Time
(UTC+5:30). Messages outside those hours are read the next working morning. The
assistants we run for clients answer around the clock; the human behind them does
not.

## What to include when you message us

Say what your business is, roughly how many customer messages you handle a week,
and whether you already have a WhatsApp Business number. For a clinic, say which
treatments the assistant should be able to quote.

## Grievance officer and data requests

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you are entitled to a named
person and a response. For a data access request, correction, deletion request or
complaint, contact the grievance officer directly. If we fail you, you may escalate
to the Data Protection Board of India.
