## What we actually do

HEONIX AI configures, hosts and runs an AI assistant on a client's WhatsApp
Business number and, where included, their Instagram account. The assistant replies
in the customer's own language — Tamil, English or Thanglish — answers the
questions it has been configured with, books appointments or site visits, and
alerts the owner when something needs a human.

## Who runs it

HEONIX AI is founder-led. **Mohammed Haroon J** built the engine, configures each
deployment, and answers support messages personally. There is no ticket queue and
no account manager, because there is one person doing the work. That is a
deliberate limit on how fast we take clients.

## The two products

- **HELIO** — the clinic assistant. Books appointments against real clinic timings,
  answers fees and address questions, recognises returning patients, and escalates
  anything urgent to the owner.
- **ELITE** — the real-estate assistant. Replies to every enquiry in seconds,
  qualifies by budget, area and timeline, shares project details, and books site
  visits.

Both run on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and the Instagram Messaging
API — not on unofficial automation tools. Replies are generated with Google's
Gemini API. Hosting, AI usage, monitoring and updates are included in the monthly
fee.

## The medical boundary

For clinic clients the assistant is built so that it never diagnoses, never
prescribes and never gives clinical advice. Anything clinical is directed to the
doctor and urgent cases are escalated. Clinical responsibility stays entirely with
the clinic and its registered practitioners.

## What we do not promise

We do not promise a number of patients, leads, bookings or any revenue figure. We
also cannot promise a WhatsApp number is never restricted — Meta enforces its
policies on everyone. What we do promise is enforceable: the system works as it did
in your demo, or the setup fee is refunded within 14 days of go-live.
